Rajatdeep Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, ,
we can replace the product if reported within 2 days of receiving the product from the delivery date with the original packaging.

  • All Replacements for all damage/defect, quality issues are eligible within 2 Days from Delivery.
  • The product should not have been used on a regular basis.
  • All replacements will be processed after the quality check is cleared.
  • Any product for a replacement that shows improper use or physical damage/torn-out box, missing manuals,
    parts, and accessories will not be replaced and will be returned to the buyer without rendering a reason.
  • Door Step Warranty services will be provided on limited products and only in major cities & not remote areas.

    Note: RD team has the right to accept or reject the request based on the reason or cause shared by the customer.
